Returns

Item is refundable in the form of store credit only. Postage is not refundable. If item is sent out again, second postage is payable.  If item is faulty please contact us at office@charalle.com

Returns Conditions

Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt and return at customer cost and with tracking.

Item must not be worn, washed, have stains or perfumes and all tags must be intact

Items which are marked Sale Items cannot be returned

Handbags sold with dust bags must be returned with original dust bag and packaging.

Due to hygiene, following items cannot be returned, underwear, stockings, accessories and beauty products.

If returns do not meet the above conditions, they will be returned at customers cost.

Postage is not refundable, and Charalle is not responsible for return shipping.

 Afterpay Returns

Returns are in the form of store credit and you will continue to pay the installment payments.

Processing Returns

Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from receipt of returned item.

Credit cannot be transferred and can only be used at Charalle.com

Credit cannot be transferred to another customer or account

Credit must used within 12 months of issue.

Any purchases exceeding the store credit must be paid for

Faulty Items

All items are inspected before they are mailed out and photos are taken before they are sent out.

You must provide photographic evidence of fault with item before refunds are granted.

How are measurements in the description taken?

They are usually taken across the item flat.

The size chart below is only a guide and varies for each style. Please check the measurements before purchcase.
